The SYC-B5D semi-telescopic sootblower is a derivative of the SYC-5D long telescopic sootblower. In terms of structure, except that the length of the sootblower tube is lengthened and the sootblower tube support plate is added accordingly, the structure, control mode and action principle of all other components are exactly the same as those of the SYC-5D long telescopic sootblower. The top of the barrel of the SYC-5D long telescopic soot blower is equipped with spray heads and nozzles. When not blowing soot, the soot blower tube exits from the furnace. A part of the soot blower tube of the semi-telescopic soot blower is always placed in the furnace, and an array of nozzles (1 or 2 in each group) is installed at the top and waist of the barrel. During the expansion and contraction process of the soot blower, the nozzles at different parts blow different areas respectively, and the soot blowing area is often twice or more than the stroke.
In the boiler economizer, tube preheater and other parts and some small boiler convection tube bundle, as well as some special boilers (such as waste heat boiler), the flue gas temperature is generally below 600 ℃, the soot blowing gun tube will not be burned out for a long time, the ash is also easier to remove. The use of semi-telescopic soot blowers in these places can fully achieve the same soot blowing effect as the use of ordinary long telescopic soot blowers, without the need for a wide platform like ordinary long telescopic soot blowers, thus saving platform space and investment costs.
The sootblower tube is extended by one stroke length, which is the standard "semi-telescopic sootblower". The stroke of the sootblower is about half of the length of the purging interval. This sootblower is widely used. When the sootblower tube is lengthened more, the sootblower is actually a fraction of the telescopic sootblower.
