The SYG-5-type fixed rotary soot blower blows soot while rotating, its rotation is provided by an electric device, and the soot blowing angle is controlled by a cam. The number of purging turns is controlled by the control box. The front large gear is equipped with a cut cam. When the large gear rotates clockwise (viewed from the rear end), the cam controls the starting arm to open and close the valve to provide soot blowing medium for the soot blowing pipe. The valve is the main component of the soot blower, with a pressure regulating plate, which can adjust the soot blowing pressure according to the actual requirements of the soot blowing part.

The soot blowing pipe of the fixed rotary soot blower is specially designed according to different conditions of the heating surface, and multiple nozzles are installed on the soot blowing pipe. During operation, the nozzle of the soot blowing pipe is aligned with the gap between the boiler tube bundles for soot blowing.

The flue gas temperature of the purging part is different, and the material selected for the soot blowing pipe is different.

The pressure and temperature of the soot blowing steam source are different, and the materials selected for the soot blower valve are also different.
