SYCK-Ⅱ sootblowing programmable control device is a new generation of products produced by our company, designed for large, medium and small types of boiler sootblowing equipment supporting the use. It undoubtedly occupies a very important position in the boiler soot blowing system, which commands the safe and reliable operation of the entire boiler soot blowing system.
The central control element selects PLC to make the soot blowing process flexible. It can coordinate the whole boiler soot blowing system according to the soot blowing process provided by the boiler manufacturer, realize automatic, remote control and local electric operation of all equipment of the boiler soot blowing system, and have functions such as status display, fault alarm and interlock protection of corresponding equipment operation, which can meet the requirements of soot blowing operation. Currently, it has been used in 50MW, 125MW, 200MW and 300MW units. Due to the use of CPU and RAM user program storage, its programming or rewriting is very convenient and flexible. Strong anti-interference ability, long life, easy to master, simple maintenance.
The control cabinet and power cabinet are manufactured in accordance with GB4208-84-IEC529-76 standards and are suitable for all types of boilers arranged in open air and non-open air.
The soot blower control system consists:
1. One control cabinet
Main controller PLC: according to the requirements of the technical agreement, select the Compact series modular structure of MODICON company in the United States or the C series products of OMRON company in Japan, modular structure. Input: according to the size of the unit, generally between 20-60 points.
Output: depending on the number of soot blowers, the general 300MW unit is about 150 points; 50MW unit is about 50 points.
Handheld programming and programming cable. (optional)

2. Analog display
Status display of each electric valve, solenoid valve and desuperheating and pressure reducing station of soot blowing medium pipeline system;
