SYDJ-5 type multi-media soot blower


SYDJ-5 type multi-medium telescopic soot blower is used to remove ash and gypsum scale on the flue gas heater (GGH) of desulfurization equipment, and also to remove various salt scale and ash such as ammonium sulfite and ammonium sulfate on the air preheater after boiler flue gas denitration (SCR). During operation, the soot blower removes ash and scale on its heat exchange surface in time to ensure the reliable operation of heat exchange equipment, which is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the boiler and environmental protection.

The blowing of superheated steam is often used in the operation of two kinds of heat exchange equipment. The soot blowing effect of compressed air is much worse than that of superheated steam due to the limitation of its pressure and flow parameters. Therefore, when conditions permit, use superheated steam soot blowing as much as possible.
High-pressure water flushing is online flushing and is put into operation when required.
Low pressure water flushing is off-line flushing. That is, when the furnace is stopped, large amount of water is washed and put into use according to the specific conditions of ash formation and scaling. Low pressure water off-line flushing is generally only used for flushing GGH.
